Contact information sufficient for us to reach you, including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address, if available.
-
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
-
A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will promptly forward a copy, including your contact information, to the original complainant and inform them that we intend to restore the material in 10 business days.
We will restore the material or access to it no earlier than 10 and no later than 14 business days after receiving the counter-notification, unless our copyright agent first receives notice that the original complainant has filed a court action seeking an order restraining the allegedly infringing activity.
Material may remain unavailable for an independent reason, such as a separate violation of our terms or another applicable legal requirement.
